Meet Brandy, who in 2023 her family moved to Olds, seeking new opportunities and community involvement. With her husband and two teenage sons, they quickly embraced local activities, including gym workouts, summer pickleball, and town events at the Cow Palace. Her sons enjoy playing football and cheering for the Olds Bulldogs and Spartans.


Brandy, a registered nurse with over 22 years of experience, specializes in geriatrics. She began her career in Kelowna, BC, and is currently the Home and Community Care Manager in Olds. Brandy is pursuing a Master’s in Nursing at Athabasca University, expected to graduate in August 2025.


She is passionate about promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for those she serves, ensuring they receive the necessary care and support to remain in their homes safely and comfortably.


With a strong commitment to healthcare leadership and community engagement, Brandy continues to make meaningful contributions both professionally and personally in her new home.

31 New Hospital Beds

Each bed costs approximately $18,000 each.  To ensure a cushion we are committed to raising $300,000 over the next two years. With the Luft and Ross Family Hospital Equipment Trust, we already have $150,000 towards our goal.
